The hotel staff accommodated us promptly when we arrived, granting early access to our room. The breakfast spread was good, with fresh home-baked bread and excellent coffee. Room cleanliness stood out, with daily towel changes and tidy bathrooms. We really appreciated the proximity to public transport. The train station was just a short walk away. The air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, shutting down unexpectedly during the night. While we loved the quiet atmosphere, noise from the nearby road occasionally disrupted our sleep. The location felt residential and charming, away from busy tourist spots, but some may find it a bit distant from central attractions. The hotel offered great value for money, especially for those prioritizing comfort and cleanliness over being in the city center.

Since my purpose was to spend time with people in the La Storta neighborhood of Rome, Hotel Cassia was perfect for me. I found the staff very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hotel was immaculate and well maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and, contrary to what others have written, it is possible to avoid sweets if you so choose. I had a counrtyside view of the pines of Rome from my balcony, an unexpected perk.
It was good that I travel light because there was very little storage space in my room, neither a dresser with drawers nor a rack to put my suitcase. There was a small open space with shelves on the bottom holding an extra blanket and a room safe, and a rack on top with non-removable plastic hangers. Still, I would choose Hotel Cassia again.

The location was nice in a quiet area, very close to metro or bus and the trainstation. Outstandingly accommodating employees in all areas and kept the hotel clean. The room was neat with the air conditioning and a nice bathroom and sweets and safety measures included smoke detectors.

Inconsistent air conditioning shutting off during the night!!! Unpleasant odors from the bathroom areas create discomfort!!! Poor water temperature control in the showers adds to dissatisfaction!!!

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean, breakfast was good.
When booking my hotel I didn't realize it was not in Rome. Catching a bus, subway, and train was a bit taxing.

There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was fabulous. Double room was with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. The location of the hotel was good and peaceful - at a medium distance from a fragrant herb garden.
Well, the area was not that good overall.

It was good value for money, some 16-18 kms out of room. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff who spoke good English. Good b'fast. We stayed there based on other web site recommendations and b/c I was staying close to a friend's place. Rome accommodation is very expensive, so staying outside to save money is a very good option.
Nothing in particular. It was great value, just outside of Rome!

Very helpful staff for getting to downtown Rome for the sights - very good breakfast.
This hotel is a good 30-45 minutes by car or bus from the main terminal in Rome and the major sights. We had a car which made it a great place to stay , but by train and bus, it can be a hassle to go downtown as trains stop servce at 9:30 PM.
